Porsche Crash Case: Blood Sample Tampering Scandal

The prosecution revealed that blood samples of a minor involved in a Porsche crash were replaced at a government-run hospital to establish that they were not drunk. Six individuals, including the minor's parents and hospital staff, are accused of tampering the samples. The sessions court is hearing their bail applications.

The prosecution has accused government-run Sassoon hospital staff of replacing blood samples in the high-profile Kalyani Nagar Porsche crash case to show the involved parties were not intoxicated.

The sessions court is evaluating the bail applications of six accused, including the minor’s parents, hospital officials, and alleged middlemen.

Special prosecutor Shishir Hiray presented evidence showing that the hospital staff received monetary compensation for tampering with the samples, while preliminary reports falsely indicated no alcohol consumption.
