Actor Jackie Shroff congratulated India's judoka Kapil Parmar after he made history by winning a bronze medal in the men's -60kg J1 contest at the Paris Paralympics on Thursday. Parmar clinched the medal by overcoming Brazil's Elielton de Oliveira.
