Kerala came together to mourn the tragic loss of 27-year-old Jenson, who had steadfastly supported his fiancee Shruti after she lost her entire family in devastating landslides. On Thursday, when his body was brought to his village, an emotional farewell ensued as community members gathered to pay their last respects.

Jenson's body was first taken to the ICU of a hospital where Shruti, who also sustained injuries in the same accident, is currently receiving treatment. From there, it was moved to the Nithya Sahaya Matha Church's cemetery for burial, which was completed by around 4.35 pm.

The tragic death of Jenson sent shockwaves through Kerala, drawing condolences from social and political figures including Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and film stars Mammootty and Fahadh Faasil. Jenson's extraordinary compassion and commitment to Shruti, with whom he was in a relationship for over a decade, were fondly remembered by many.
