Addressing the Rajya Puraskar ceremony of the J-K Bharat Scouts and Guides, Sinha highlighted the unique potential of the youth to drive change. He presented certificates to those recognized for their dedication, discipline, and service, lauding their contributions to nation-building and community service.
The Lt Governor reaffirmed support for the organization, promising financial aid and assistance for their initiatives. Sinha stressed the importance of raising awareness on socio-economic issues and preserving natural resources, while also fostering national integration and combating drug abuse.
