Prime Minister Narendra Modi hosted the eighth edition of 'Pariksha Pe Charcha' on Friday, emphasizing the role of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle in combating exam stress. The special session drew insights from esteemed nutrition and wellness experts, aiming to equip students with effective stress management tools.

Moderated by Sharat Bhattatiripad, the forum included perspectives from authors and nutritionists like Shonali Sabherwal and Rujuta Diwekar. Diwekar underscored the significance of dietary variety, paralleling it with the diverse subjects in school, and recommended foods like peanuts, bananas, and rice for their stress-relieving properties.

Organized by the Ministry of Education, 'Pariksha Pe Charcha' has been a platform for student interaction since 2018, transitioning from virtual formats during the pandemic to live events in New Delhi's Talkatora Stadium.
