President Murmu Graces BIT Mesra's 75th Anniversary

President Droupadi Murmu arrived in Jharkhand on Friday for a two-day visit, marking the platinum jubilee celebrations of BIT Mesra. Her arrival at Ranchi was followed by an overnight stay at the Raj Bhavan.

In anticipation of her visit, security in Jharkhand's capital has been significantly strengthened. A meeting, chaired by Chief Secretary Alka Tiwari, ensured that all arrangements were in accordance with protocol, emphasizing interdepartmental coordination.

The preparations, involving police deployment and infrastructure readiness, were overseen by Ranchi Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri. Official efforts were made to guarantee a seamless power supply and logistical support for the event's success.
