The first-ever WOW Workplace Awards 2025 took place at a prominent event in Mumbai, showcasing over 300 esteemed companies from various sectors. The recognition was based on WOW Engagement Surveys, which gather and analyze employee sentiments across five key dimensions: empowerment, efficacy, well-being, pride, and connection.

These awards, with rankings for sectors like IT, manufacturing, and healthcare, aim to bolster organizational excellence.
