Humanitarian Assistance Breathes New Life into Afghanistan with Jaipur Foot Camp

India's humanitarian effort in Afghanistan has transformed lives by providing prosthetic limbs to over 70 individuals during a Jaipur Foot camp in Kabul. This initiative, organized by BMVSS from Jaipur, highlights India's commitment to supporting differently-abled people in conflict-affected regions.

In a significant humanitarian initiative, over 70 Afghans have been fitted with Jaipur Foot prosthetic limbs, thanks to India's ongoing aid efforts. The life-changing camp, held over five days in Kabul, was organized by the Jaipur-based Bhagwan Mahavir Viklang Sahayata Samiti (BMVSS), renowned for its expertise in prosthetics.

The Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson, Randhir Jaiswal, shared updates and images of the camp's success on social media. He emphasized the camp's role in providing both physical rehabilitation and psychological support to those living amidst conflict, where limb injuries are unfortunately common.

BMVSS has a long history of conducting such camps, both in India and internationally, to deliver essential aid to the differently-abled. This camp in Kabul saw enthusiastic participation, further solidifying the Jaipur Foot's reputation as a symbol of hope for many across war-torn regions.
