Singer-songwriter Jessie J recently shared updates about her health, following her recovery from a significant health battle. Just six weeks after revealing her surgery for 'early breast cancer,' the star was back in the hospital, as reported by E! News. On social media, she posted an image showing an IV in her arm, captioned: 'How I spent the last 24 hours. Six weeks post-surgery and I was back in the same ward I was after my surgery. Not expected or planned.'

She elaborated, 'I had and still have symptoms that pointed towards a blood clot on the lung,' but clarified, 'IT IS NOT A BLOOD CLOT THANK GOD.' Doctors have diagnosed an unidentified infection. 'They ran a lot of tests which ended up showing I have an infection still trying to figure out what and a little fluid on my lungs,' she stated, adding her difficulty in breathing. Jessie discharged herself from the hospital, preferring outpatient investigations, as she dislikes hospital stays, E! News reported.

The 37-year-old's latest hospitalization comes two months after her initial breast cancer diagnosis was disclosed on social media. She's been open about the arduous journey, revealing, 'The recovery physically is far from quick or easy, and mentally it's been the most challenging time for me,' especially as a mother of a toddler. Career plans have also been disrupted, but Jessie remains hopeful. She warmly refers to the support from her inner circle, emphasizing that her recovery is ongoing and requires adjustments.
