The Harish and Bina Shah Foundation, in collaboration with India Leaders for Social Sector (ILSS), has inaugurated the Harish and Bina Shah Centre for Talent and Leadership. This initiative aims to address the pressing leadership void in India's nonprofit sector by nurturing future leaders.

The Centre will focus on delivering world-class learning opportunities and strategic support to develop visionary changemakers. By engaging in partnership with ILSS, the Foundation is set to bolster the nonprofit talent and leadership ecosystem.

With a goal to equip over 1,000 leaders by 2030, this Centre emphasizes values-based leadership and aims to transform the sector, ensuring it is both compassionate and capable of delivering sustainable change.
