Swadeshi Spirit: CM Sharma's Gandhi Jayanti Khadi Purchase

Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma celebrated Gandhi Jayanti at Khadi Gramodyog Bhawan, promoting the use of swadeshi goods and digital payments. He emphasized the importance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's initiative 'Har Ghar Swadeshi, Ghar Ghar Swadeshi' as foundational for Atmanirbhar Bharat. The event included tributes to Mahatma Gandhi.

On Thursday, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma of Rajasthan marked Gandhi Jayanti by purchasing Khadi products at Jaipur's Khadi Gramodyog Bhawan. Emphasizing Prime Minister Narendra Modi's initiative, he encouraged adopting swadeshi goods through 'Har Ghar Swadeshi, Ghar Ghar Swadeshi.'

Sharma highlighted that embracing swadeshi products is pivotal for building an Atmanirbhar Bharat, reinforcing the national drive towards self-reliance. Demonstrating digital strides, his payment via UPI echoes the government's 'Digital India' movement.

The event witnessed participation from Jaipur Greater Mayor Dr. Soumya Gurjar, officials from the Khadi and Village Industries Board, and enthusiastic members of the public, as Sharma paid homage to Mahatma Gandhi at the iconic khadi premises.
