Saiyami Kher: From Silver Screen to Ironman Ambassador

This recognition by the Ironman International Committee comes after her impressive double completion of the Ironman 70.3 triathlons within a year.

The Ironman 70.3, known as the Half Ironman, challenges participants to complete a 1.9 km swim, a 90 km cycle ride, and a 21.1 km run. Saiyami, the only Indian actor to achieve this milestone, views the triathlon not just as a race, but as a mindset and a transformative life experience.
