Chhath Puja 2023: Akshara Singh Participates in Festive Rituals

Chhath Puja festivities have reached their pinnacle in Bihar, with visuals capturing actress Akshara Singh alongside her family offering Sandhya Arghya on the festival's third day. Akshara, adorned in traditional attire, joined other women at the ghat, echoing devotional Chhath songs, a poignant symbol of cultural unity and devotion.

Participating in the sacred rituals, Akshara offered prayers to the Sun God with her family amidst the evening's divine glow. Expressing her joy and extending warm greetings, she emphasized the festival's message of equality and unity while wishing happiness and prosperity for all Biharis.

The four-day Chhath Mahaparv, which started on Saturday, features rituals like Nahay-Khay, Kharna, and the pivotal Sandhya Arghya. The festival concludes with Usha Arghya on Tuesday. Throughout Bihar, Jharkhand, and parts of Nepal, devotees observe fasts and offer prayers to the Sun God, culminating in a display of cultural richness and enduring spiritual significance.
