A new documentary titled 'Man on the Run' will give fans an in-depth look into Paul McCartney's life and career after The Beatles. The film is set to stream on Prime Video globally starting February 25, Amazon announced on Monday.

Helmed by Oscar-winning director Morgan Neville, the documentary chronicles McCartney's transformative 1970s, focusing on the formation of the band Wings with his wife, Linda. It uses rare archival material and never-before-seen footage to explore McCartney's evolution as an artist during this pivotal period.

Produced by Tremolo in association with MPL and Polygram Entertainment, the film will have a limited theatrical release before its global streaming premiere. This project also heralds a new collaboration between McCartney, Universal Music Group, and Amazon, promising exclusive music releases and merchandise in the coming year.
