The probe into the tragic death of renowned Assamese singer Zubeen Garg is almost complete, with a charge sheet expected to be filed by December 12, a senior police officer revealed on Saturday.
Zubeen Garg met his untimely end on September 19 while swimming in the sea in Singapore, where he was to participate in the North East India Festival 2025.
The Singapore Police Force is conducting an independent investigation, having found no preliminary evidence of foul play; however, the findings will be handed over to the State Coroner for further action.
