Renowned action star Don Lee is teaming up with Blackpink's Lalisa "Lisa" Manobal for the forthcoming action thriller 'Tygo'. The film, announced by Variety, will also feature 'Squid Game' actor Lee Jin-uk, marking a high-profile ensemble cast.
Part of Netflix's illustrious 'Extraction' franchise, 'Tygo' elevates the streaming behemoth's action portfolio into new territory by leveraging Korean filmmaking expertise. Major production houses Big Punch Pictures, AGBO, and TGIM, along with co-producers Nova Film Inc and B&C Group, back the movie.
'Tygo' revolves around its titular character, a former child soldier turned mercenary, embarking on a perilous mission through Korea's criminal syndicates.
