Danish Khan, the Business Head of Sony LIV and Studio NEXT at Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI), is set to depart the company on March 31, 2026. This move ends a long association that saw him in pivotal roles over two decades.

Khan joined SPNI 10 years ago as the Business Head for Sony Entertainment Television and guided the company through significant milestones, including steering Sony LIV to achieve a five-fold increase in topline growth and quadrupling monthly active users.

SPNI's Managing Director, Gaurav Banerjee, lauded Khan's contributions across the television, studio, and digital sectors, highlighting the sustained success under his management. His earlier leadership saw the launch of acclaimed shows like 'The Kapil Sharma Show' and 'Kaun Banega Crorepati'.
