An announcement from Yougan Tamang, press secretary to the chief minister, highlighted Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang Golay's pivotal role in fostering arts and cinema. His dedication to arts has opened new possibilities for regional artists and filmmakers.
The partnership aligns with EU-India objectives, as discussed in their recent summit. Delegates from at least ten European filmmaking nations will attend, with numerous films being screened, enhancing both dialogue and tourism in the region.
