Telugu cinema icon Allu Arjun has approached the Delhi High Court to halt unauthorized commercial exploitation of his name, image, and voice by various entities.

In a session presided over by Justice Tushar Rao Gedela, counsel Swathi Sukumar, on behalf of Arjun, detailed how the actor's rights have been misused for merchandise sales and other ventures, raising potential scam concerns.

While some offending products have been removed, Arjun's case highlights broader issues faced by public figures, as echoed by earlier actions involving renowned personalities like Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Gautam Gambhir seeking similar protections.
