Blunt recalled the filming of the first installment, stating, 'I was quite scared...She was in a Miranda zone.' Streep, known for her role as Miranda Priestly, acknowledged maintaining a certain atmosphere on set.
Set to release on May 1, the sequel directed by David Frankel and written by Aline Brosh McKenna, will navigate the decline of traditional print media. Streep's character, Miranda Priestly, faces off against her former assistant, Emily Charlton, now a powerful luxury executive.
