Will there be One Punch Man Season 3? Season 2 ended with a cliffhanger of a conclusion, which gives birth to more curiosity among the manga aficionados for another season. Considering the popularity of this globally-acclaimed show, everyone will be shocked if it does not renew for another season.

Doors are not closed for One Punch Man Season 3. This is not just based on Season 2's finale ending with a cliffhanger as mentioned above. In a recent tweet released by One Punch Man's official Twitter account, it is revealed that "the 2nd round is concluded, yet One-Punch is not over, we will do our best to deliver the anime again!" One Punch Man Season 3, as you all know, does not have an official announcement. And fans are ardently waiting for at least the announcement of its making and more about the characters. If we still assume making of Season 3 is confirmed, still, the manga lovers need to worry about the premiere date as there was a gap of almost four years between Season 1 and Season 2. That was, unfortunately, a long hiatus between two seasons. Does it mean the manga creators and production team will take such a long gap? We are still unfamiliar with this secret.

According to Screenrant, there may not be a long delay like before if the same new appointment of animation staffs and change in the studio do not take place. If the current team works for the next season, then the manga enthusiasts may be able to see the premiere in the latter half of 2020 or 2021.

A group of manga lovers has started petitioning for One Punch Man Season 3 over Change.org demanding to rehire Natsume and the old team as Season 2 suffered under the supervision of Chikara Sakurai. The petition starts with – The Animation, Fight Scenes & Character Interactions have suffered in Season 2 under Chikara Sakurai, making the Anime season pale in comparison to Season 1. So far, it has received 2,307 signatures in favor of it.
