Government approves Toll, Operate and Transfer model

Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP has been appointed as Transaction Advisor for the second Bundle of Toll, Operate and Transfer.

The Minister of State for Road Transport and Highways, Shipping and Chemical & Fertilizers Shri Mansukh L Mandaviya in a written reply to a question in Lok Sabha today informed that the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) in its meeting held on 03.08.2016 approved Toll, Operate and Transfer (TOT) Model. Concession Agreement for Toll, Operate and Transfer (TOT) Bundle-1 is already signed on 26.04.2018.

M/s Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP has been appointed as Transaction Advisor for the second Bundle of Toll, Operate and Transfer (TOT) by NHAI.

Bid for the second Bundle of Toll, Operate and Transfer (TOT) has already been invited with Bid Due Date of 5^th Nov 2018.
