Ramchandra Kharadi was on Sundayappointed president of Akhil Bhartiya Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram,an RSS outfit working among tribals
Kharadi, a former additional collector who tookvoluntary retirement, replaces Jagdeoram Oraon who died onJuly 15, a release from the outfit said.
