Two-day 'Rajasthan Millets Conclave' to start from March 13

The two-day 'Rajasthan Millets Conclave' will start from March 13 in the state capital Jaipur.

Principal Secretary, Agriculture and Horticulture, Dinesh Kumar said in a statement that the year 2023 has been declared by the United Nations General Assembly to be celebrated as the International Millets Year, under which the Rajasthan Millets Conclave will be organised by the Agriculture Marketing Department on March 13 and 14, 2023 at the State Institute of Agricultural Management, Durgapura, Jaipur.

Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot will be the chief guest of the event, he said. The secretary said that more than 100 stalls of 'Millets Start Up' and Agro processing will be set up at the conclave.
