EESL Appoints New CFO and Company Secretary

State-owned Energy Efficiency Services Ltd (EESL) has appointed Arvind Kumar Talan as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Laxman Aggrawal as the Company Secretary (CS). Talan will manage all financial operations, while Aggrawal ensures compliance with legal and statutory requirements.

In a significant move, the state-owned Energy Efficiency Services Ltd (EESL) has announced the appointment of Arvind Kumar Talan as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Laxman Aggrawal as the Company Secretary (CS).

Talan, who brings a wealth of experience in finance and corporate governance, will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations at EESL. His previous stints include being the CFO at Jet Freight Logistics Ltd (JFLL) and IFFCO Ltd.

Meanwhile, Aggrawal will oversee compliance with all legal and statutory requirements as the Company's Secretary, ensuring EESL's adherence to regulations and governance norms.
