Tragic Road Accident Claims Six Lives in Bihar

Six people were killed and five others injured in a road accident on the Bakhtiyarpur-Biharsharif road in Patna, Bihar. CM Nitish Kumar expressed his condolences, and an investigation is underway.

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has extended his deepest condolences following a tragic road accident that claimed six lives in Bakhtiyarpur, Patna, on Tuesday morning. The Chief Minister’s Office described the incident as extremely sad.

The accident occurred when a car carrying 11 people collided with a parked truck on the national highway. According to Abhishek Singh, Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Barh-2, six individuals died while five others are currently receiving medical treatment.

An investigation involving CCTV footage, forensic evidence, and other technical analyses is actively underway. Law and order in the area remain stable, authorities said.
