Chairman of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) MP State Council, Dinesh Patidar, has hailed the Union Budget 2024 as a monumental step towards India's ambitious goals. Patidar emphasized that the budget for the fiscal year 2024-25 strategically blends immediate economic stimulus with long-term visionary planning.

Patidar iterated, 'The Union Budget is a monumental step towards India's ambitions. It combines immediate economic stimulus with long-term visionary planning, paving the way for a 'Viksit Bharat' through significant investments in infrastructure and technology, thus fostering an 'Atma Nirbhar Bharat'.' He further noted that the government's commitment to sustainable development and inclusive growth positions India strongly on the global stage.

Echoing these sentiments, Co-Chairman Manish Gulati referred to the Union Budget 2024-25 as a forward-looking document aimed at holistic development. 'This budget reflects a profound commitment to achieving a 'Viksit Bharat' and an 'Atma Nirbhar Bharat'. Prioritizing sectors like renewable energy, digital innovation, and rural development ensures balanced growth,' said Gulati. He stressed the importance of skill development and modern infrastructure in accelerating India's progress towards global leadership.

Similarly, Co-Chairman Manish Dabkara described the Union Budget 2024 as a blueprint for India's future. 'This budget underscores the government's unwavering focus on creating a 'Viksit Bharat' and fostering an 'Atma Nirbhar Bharat'. The proposed measures for enhancing infrastructure, education, and healthcare are set to catalyze growth,' Dabkara stated, while also highlighting the emphasis on innovation and sustainability.

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented her record seventh consecutive Union Budget 2024-25 on July 23 during the Budget Session of Parliament, surpassing former Prime Minister Morarji Desai's record. Sitharaman's budget focuses on key priorities such as productivity and resilience in agriculture, employment, skilling, and services, aimed at fostering economic growth and creating ample opportunities.
