Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha attended the 'Chief Minister's Conclave' organized by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at its headquarters on Saturday. The meeting was graced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP President JP Nadda, and other senior leaders, Saha posted on X.

The BJP leadership, including Union Home Minister Amit Shah, all Chief Ministers, and Deputy Chief Ministers from BJP-ruled states, participated. The gathering aimed to discuss election outcomes and future strategies, aligning with the 9th Governing Council meeting of NITI Aayog in Delhi.

The two-session meeting focused on reviewing election results and planning strategies for the Lok Sabha Election 2024. Discussions included improving the implementation of central and state schemes and enhancing cooperation between state and central governments. Prime Minister Modi emphasized the goal of making India a developed nation by 2047, urging states to play an active role. Several opposition-led state governments announced their intent to boycott the meeting.
