Aptus Value Housing Finance Company has reported a significant profit increase for the April-June 2024 quarter, registering a consolidated profit after tax of Rs 171.74 crore. For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, the company achieved consolidated profits of Rs 61,189.56 crore, while total income surged to Rs 404.62 crore in the recent quarter compared to Rs 315.37 crore the previous year. The annual total income stood at Rs 1,416.84 crore.

Managing Director P. Balaji expressed confidence in the company's trajectory, highlighting a 21% year-on-year net profit increase supported by strategic branch additions and a 27% year-on-year AUM growth. He also noted that as of June 30, 2024, the company maintained a liquidity cushion of Rs 907 crore, alongside a robust net worth exceeding Rs 3,818 crore.
