Jammu and Kashmir Unveils 500 Farmer Service Centres
Jammu and Kashmir's Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha launched 500 'Kisan Khidmat Ghar' service centers to provide comprehensive farming support, from input supply to market intelligence. The centers are equipped with modern IT systems and will expand to 1,500 units by the year's end, aiming to empower 13 lakh farmer families.

Jammu and Kashmir's Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Sunday inaugurated 500 'Kisan Khidmat Ghar' service centres, aimed at offering comprehensive support for farmers and related activities.
These centers, serving as one-stop hubs, will provide a plethora of services ranging from input supply to market intelligence and technological assistance, Sinha stated during the launch event.
Equipped with modern IT infrastructure, these KKG centers will deliver essential services like input booking, soil health monitoring, plant diagnostics, and market intelligence efficiently. They will also offer custom hiring services, artificial insemination, and horticulture insights, ensuring timely and necessary support for farmers.
