Former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on Tuesday lauded his party colleague and Delhi Education Minister, Atishi, for ensuring the continuation and enhancement of the education revolution in the capital. The Aam Aadmi Party leaders visited Rajkiya Sarvodaya BAL Vidyalaya in West Vinod Nagar, engaging with students during their visit.

In a warm gesture, students tied Rakhis to both Sisodia and Atishi. Sisodia, who was visibly moved, remarked, "In the last 17 months, I missed visiting schools and meeting children. I believe children are a form of God. Today, I visited with Atishi, and I am pleased that she has not only thwarted conspiracies to halt our education revolution but has further strengthened it."

Sisodia highlighted significant educational advancements, noting the opening of 20 new schools and a sports school. Reflecting on his imprisonment, he said he often prayed the education revolution would continue unabated. His release, granted by the Supreme Court on Friday, included stringent conditions such as passport surrender and witness non-influence. Sisodia, arrested in February 2023 for alleged involvement in Delhi's excise policy scam, remains under investigation by the CBI.
