Waystone Inaugurates First India Office in Mumbai

Global financial services firm Waystone has opened its first India office in Mumbai, aiming to be a leading employer. The office will support global operations in various domains, with plans to expand the team to over 200 by mid-2025 and enhance service delivery through training.

Global financial services firm, Waystone, has inaugurated its first office in India, located in Mumbai's financial district. This new office is situated at Godrej 2 in Vikhroli (East), where the company aspires to be the employer of choice in the region.

Headquartered in Dublin, Waystone provides institutional governance, administration, risk, and compliance services to global asset management firms. The firm collaborates with institutional investors, investment funds, and asset managers to develop, support, and protect investment structures and strategies.

Waystone's ManCo and ACD businesses manage assets worth over USD 400 billion. Recently, Waystone was recognized as the fastest growing ManCo in Luxembourg and the leading independent ManCo in Ireland and ACD in the UK by AUM.

The Mumbai office will underpin Waystone's global operations in investor services, investment risk management, financial reporting, IT, finance, and human resources.
