In a show of faith and unity, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, along with his cabinet colleagues and legislative members, journeyed to Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, to partake in the historic Maha Kumbh Mela. The delegation expressed gratitude towards Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for the monumental invitation.

Chhattisgarh officials, including Speaker Raman Singh and Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao, highlighted the significance of this rare event occurring after 144 years. They emphasized the cultural and spiritual importance of the holy dip, signifying hope for state prosperity.

Uttar Pradesh authorities assured enhanced safety measures for the event, which has already seen large turnouts. According to DGP Prashant Kumar, new management strategies were implemented following past mishaps, ensuring a safer experience for the millions of attendees.
