Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha, accompanied by his wife, participated in the holy dip at the sacred Triveni Sangam—where the Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati rivers merge—during the ongoing Mahakumbh. Saha's participation underscored his prayers for the peace and prosperity of Tripura, as articulated in his social media post.

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai also immersed himself in the spiritual atmosphere of the Mahakumbh earlier today, offering prayers for his state's welfare. He extended his congratulations to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for the exemplary arrangements made for the massive pilgrimage event.

The Uttar Pradesh government reported over 2.73 million attendees, including 500,000 Kalpavasis, participating in the ritual dip by 10 am on Thursday. Up to February 12, the overall count of visitors to the Triveni Sangam has surpassed 482.9 million, setting a historic benchmark for the Mahakumbh, which continues until February 26, 2025, aligning with Mahashivratri.
