SJVN Ltd Reports 7% Rise in Quarterly Profit
State-owned SJVN Ltd reported a 7% increase in consolidated net profit, reaching Rs 148.75 crore in the December quarter due to higher revenues. The company, which previously recorded Rs 138.97 crore, also announced an interim dividend of Rs 1.15 per share for 2024-25.

State-owned enterprise SJVN Ltd announced a substantial 7% increase in its consolidated net profit for the December quarter, achieving a figure of Rs 148.75 crore as compared to Rs 138.97 crore in the previous year, according to its recent BSE filing.
The company attributed this profit upturn to an increase in total income, which rose to Rs 760.76 crore during the quarter, a notable rise from Rs 607.72 crore recorded in the corresponding period last year.
In addition, SJVN Ltd's board of directors has sanctioned an interim dividend of Rs 1.15 per equity share for the fiscal year 2024-25, with a record date set for February 21, 2025, and distributions beginning on March 6, 2025.
