CM Sharma Initiates Over ₹24 Crore for Mandi Upgrades

Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma has approved over ₹24 crore for infrastructure improvements in Krishi Upaj Mandi Samitis. This includes ₹7.27 crore for development in Lalsot and other areas, and ₹16.73 crore for constructing roads in various regions, enhancing facilities for farmers and traders.

In a move aimed at enhancing agricultural trading facilities, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma has given the green light for development projects worth over ₹24 crore in the Krishi Upaj Mandi Samitis. This initiative targets improved infrastructure to better serve farmers and traders.

According to an official statement, Sharma has sanctioned more than ₹7.27 crore for infrastructure projects in Lalsot, Bhawanimandi, Deoli, and Kotputli. Furthermore, ₹16.73 crore has been allocated for the construction of connecting roads across multiple mandi samitis including Lunkaransar, Srikaranpur, and Bikaner.

The government asserts that this investment will significantly bolster the mandi samitis' infrastructure, thereby facilitating greater ease of access for farmers and saving time and resources in the agricultural commodities trade.
