Chouhan, along with Union Ministers Piyush Goyal and Prahlad Joshi, reached Chandigarh to participate in the crucial meeting dedicated to addressing farmers' concerns.

Joining the talks on behalf of the Punjab government, Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema, Agriculture Minister Gurmeet Khudian, and Food and Consumer Affairs Minister Lal Chand Kataruchakk expressed optimism about finding a solution. The presence of Jagjit Dallewal, who has been fasting unto death since November 26, underscores the gravity of the situation as the leaders gather.
