Sponsored by Gawar Construction Limited, the trust was established in September 2023 to engage in infrastructure investment, particularly through projects linked to the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). These new securities are rated 'AAA stable' by CRISIL, demonstrating solid market confidence.
Prominent entities such as HDFC Bank, IndusInd Bank, IIFCL, and ICICI Bank have shown confidence in the trust's strategy by subscribing to these securities. The trust has declared a distribution of Rs 12.71 per unit, further highlighting its commitment to generating shareholder value and sustaining long-term growth.
