Waaree Renewable Technologies Secures Major Solar Project

Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd, part of a consortium, has won a Rs 740.06 crore contract for a 125 MWAC solar project. The project is scheduled to be completed in 18 months. The consortium members are finalizing details of their agreement for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) works.

Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd (WAAREERTL) announced on Tuesday that it has, in collaboration with two other entities, secured an impressive contract valued at Rs 740.06 crore for the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) of a 125 MWAC solar project.

The project, set to enhance renewable energy capabilities, is expected to be completed within 18 months from contract signing, underscoring the firm's commitment to timely delivery.

Waaree, as part of the consortium, spotlighted in its BSE filing that final arrangements between the participants for EPC deployment as well as the Operation and Maintenance will be confirmed soon.
