Indian armed forces executed a strategic military operation, known as Operation Sindoor, targeting terrorist strongholds in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, officials said on Wednesday. Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi praised the operation, emphasizing the country's 'zero tolerance' policy towards terrorism.
Majhi highlighted that the successful targeting of nine terrorist locations underscores India's commitment to combating terrorism globally. His sentiments were echoed by Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, who regarded the operation as a decisive action against cross-border terrorism.
Further affirming the operation's success, Wing Commander Vyomika Singh detailed the precision strikes aimed at minimizing civilian impact while targeting terror camps. The move comes in response to recent terrorist acts, such as the Pahalgam massacre, heightening India's resolve to neutralize terror threats.
