On Thursday, Congress leader Pawan Khera sharply criticized Pakistan following the attack on a Gurudwara in Poonch. He emphasized that while India is actively destroying terror bases in Pakistan, the latter resorts to targeting Indian civilians. Khera insisted that the global community must recognize and address this discrepancy.
Khera asserted that Pakistan now stands isolated internationally, a development he views positively, as India's efforts to continuously inform the world about the situation are bearing fruit. Additionally, he called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi to participate in an all-party meeting that day to present a united front, suggesting that such a gesture would compel the world to pay attention.
Arvind Kejriwal, the Aam Aadmi Party's national convenor, also voiced his condemnation of the attack on Shri Guru Singh Sabha Gurudwara in Poonch, labeling it a grave offense against humanity. He expressed his condolences over the loss of numerous lives in the shelling, urging for remembrance and strength for the bereaved families.
