Shah underscored India's success in disaster risk reduction under Prime Minister Modi's leadership, highlighting integrated efforts among local governments, the public, and central agencies. He called for comprehensive district disaster management plans within 90 days and state-level action plans for lightning and thunderstorms, advocating for a coordinated national approach.
