In a tragic incident on Friday, the roof of Piplodi Primary School in Jhalawar district, Rajasthan, collapsed, leading to the deaths of at least three students and injuring several others, authorities reported.
Superintendent of Police Amit Kumar Budania and District Collector swiftly responded to the site, with SP Budania confirming that '3-4 students died as the roof of Piplodi Primary School in Jhalawar collapsed. Many students were injured.'
Former Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot expressed deep sorrow over the incident through a social media platform, writing, 'In Manoharthana, Jhalawar, reports are coming in of a government school building collapsing, causing casualties among several children and teachers.
