Baheti Recycling Industries Limited, a key player in aluminium recycling, announced plans to establish a 1.2 MW captive solar plant in Gujarat. With an investment of Rs. 3.51 crore, this initiative is set to cut energy costs by 60%, yielding annual financial savings of about Rs. 1.25 crore.

Chairman Shankerlal Shah stated that the solar project is a strategic move to boost operational efficiency while seamlessly integrating into the company's solid Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices. The initiative marks a significant step toward sustainable growth, alongside recent expansions.

With its IATF certification, Baheti Recycling is poised for greater opportunities in domestic and export markets, especially in the automotive sector. The company plans to boost its installed capacity and diversify into new alloy sectors to ensure robust and sustainable margins.
