In a significant development, ACME Group announced receipt of a Letter of Award (LoA) for a pivotal green ammonia production project as part of the Strategic Interventions for Green Hydrogen Transition (SIGHT) scheme.
Under the agreement, ACME Group is set to deliver 75,000 metric tonnes of green ammonia annually to Paradeep Phosphates Ltd, a major player in India's chemicals and fertilizer industry, for a decade-long period. The project is stationed at Paradeep, Odisha.
The award solidifies ACME Group's position in India's renewable energy sector, marking a key stride in the commercialization of green hydrogen derivatives like ammonia, with a commitment to initiating the supply within 36 months, following a competitive auction process.
