In the wake of the devastating bus fire near Thaiyat village in Jaisalmer, families mourning their loved ones expressed both grief and anger over delayed DNA testing and the absence of medical staff. The tragedy, which claimed at least 20 lives and injured several, has left relatives desperate for closure and answers.

Nitesh Chauhan, who lost his elder brother in the incident, voiced his frustration at the delayed response from authorities and medical personnel. 'Why isn't the Chief Minister listening to us?', he questioned, highlighting the absence of doctors and the scheduled DNA tests, which were due to start late in the morning. Chauhan criticized the system for prioritizing criminals over the common man's plight.

Another grieving relative shared that his family had been waiting since early morning to learn their loved one's fate. The sorrow compounded as he recounted how his deceased brother was returning home for Diwali when the tragedy struck. The lack of urgency in conducting necessary tests has added to the families' distress, leaving them without definitive answers regarding their lost kin.
