The Indian Navy, alongside the National Maritime Foundation, is set to host the Indo-Pacific Regional Dialogue 2025 at New Delhi's Manekshaw Centre from October 28 to 30. This summit, under the theme 'Promoting Holistic Maritime Security and Growth: Regional Capacity-Building and Capability-Enhancement', aims to address maritime security and development challenges.

Now in its seventh year, the IPRD is the Indian Navy's premier international conference, expanding India's diplomatic reach in the Indo-Pacific. Inspired by PM Narendra Modi's Indo-Pacific Oceans Initiative, the 2025 dialogue emphasizes actionable strategies for regional development and multilateral cooperation, integrating India's MAHASAGAR maritime policy.

The three-day event will feature expert discussions on climate change's security impacts, Africa's maritime strategy, and resilient supply chains. With participation from 42 global experts, IPRD 2025 seeks to foster robust dialogue and solution-oriented policy debates, focusing on emerging maritime challenges and cooperation.
