UK sets out new sanctions against Russia after Novichok report

Britain on Thursday announced new sanctions against Russia following a UK public inquiry report into the death of a woman after being poisoned by the nerve agent Novichok.

Britain also summoned the Russian ambassador over what it called Moscow's "ongoing campaign of hostile activity".
