A shooting incident occurred in Delhi's Jafrabad area at approximately 1:40 AM, resulting in the death of Faizal (30) and his brother Nadeem (33). The Delhi Police filed a case under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the BNS and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, treating the incident with gravity.

The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita provision 103(1) pertains to murder punishment, while the Arms Act covers licensing and use of firearms, with Section 27 outlining severe penalties for firearm use leading to death. Forensic teams have collected evidence to identify those responsible for the act.

Police have formed multiple teams to hunt down the culprit, and the deceased have been sent for a post-mortem examination to uncover the specifics of the deaths. Efforts to capture the shooter continue, confirmed by the Delhi Police.

This tragic event follows another shooting in Shahdara, where a 50-year-old dairyman's son was killed. The Shahdara DSP reported that after a distress call was received at 10:30 pm, they found the victim with three gunshot wounds.
