The Atmanirbhar Hanol Festival, a three-day event from January 13-15, takes place in Palitana Taluka, Bhavnagar district, celebrating Hanol village's evolution as a model village. Inaugurated by Union Ministers Mansukh Mandaviya and Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the festival echoes Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision for rural self-reliance and community development.

Hanol embodies 'Gram Swaraj' and 'Adarsh Gram,' owing to ongoing efforts by Mansukh Mandaviya. "Our village honors its foundation annually and aligns with PM Modi's self-reliance ideals," Mandaviya noted. The village boasts sports facilities, one of which fostered youth players in national cricket and international handball competitions.

Reflecting social unity, Hanol practices 'Samras' Panchayat, with leaders elected unanimously. Infrastructure, education, and healthcare improvements enhance residents' quality of life, driven by Mandaviya's contributions. The village's development initiatives underscore Modi's 'Dream Village' vision by implementing innovative projects across various sectors.
